Marilil & Joe Troulan

Barbados Villa Services is operated by Barbadian Marilil Troulan who has been in the tourism industry since 1986 receiving her education in Barbados and at the University of Toronto. After studies abroad, she returned home to work for The Barbados Hilton, Pam American Airways, Treasure Beach Hotel and Elegant Resorts. This planted the seed to start Barbados Villa Services, knowing that clients look for a more personalised experience while on island. The company's focus is to ensure that each client is afforded a most memorable stay in Barbados at whichever property they have chosen. Barbados Villa Services has remained a family operated business and because of this can offer a more personalised service to their clients from the time a reservation request is made. Ably assisted on property maintenance issues is her husband, Joe Troulan, from England, who relocated to Barbados in 1995.  A former member of the British Army, 59 Commandos, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge along with a strong background in Property Management and Maintenance. Joe is also joint owner/manager of The Royal Estate Corporation which also looks after The Glitter Bay Estate, amongst others in Barbados.  This winning team ensures that all their clients needs are met promptly and efficiently.
