Week long of activities highlighting the history of the first landing of settlers to Barbados right here in Holetown.  Events ranging from music, dance, car parade, arts and craft and of course food!  Check out the list of activities and take in some of the culture and the history of our beautiful island.

Food from Barbados and the Caribbean… This That and T’other Shop... The Banks Beer Garden. Traditional Tuk Band Music. Ital food, books, jewelry, shoes, clothing, Children’s Play Park, toys and lots more

11.00 a.m.                             THE COURTESY GARAGE LTD. STREET PARADE- featuring Vintage and Classic Cars, The Queen of The Festival Zhane Padmore and the contestants for 2015, the Barbados Cadet Corps, Dancin’ Africa, The Barbados Regiment Band, the Learning Centre, Youth Uprising, Haynesville Youth Group, Ellerslie Secondary School Cheerleaders, Darryl Jordan Secondary School, Heart to Heart Children, Northern Stars Dance Group and the St. James Parish Ambassadors. The reenactment of The Changing of the Guard.

12.00 noon                           The Holetown Methodist Church …Food for the Body and Soul...A home cooking restaurant on the lawn and in the flower decorated Church, short recitals by performers from 1.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m

4.00 p.m.                               THE BARBADOS TOURISM MARKETING INC presents “The Holetown Dooflicky” with Folk Parade and Bajan Carnival.

6.00 p.m.                               Festival Sunset Concert with the Royal Barbados Police Force Band at the Seaside Theatre.

8.30 p.m.                            CALYPSO EXPLOSION at the Seaside Theatre featuring

Mr. Dale, Biggie Irie, Grynner and Serenader
