PAYMENT
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and should be received within 10 days of the reservation. The full invoice should be settled 60 days before arrival for Winter bookings and 30 days before arrival for Summer bookings. Please note that your deposit will only be accepted if requested accommodation is available. If a booking is made less 60 days before arrival in Winter and 30 days prior in Summer, full payment must be made at the time of booking by wire transfer. Credit card payment is accepted with a 5% service fee in addition to the deposit fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Written cancellations received outside of 60 days of arrival in Winter and 30 days of arrival in summer will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental price. For cancellations inside of the 60 days in Winter and 30 days in summer will result in the entire rental amount being forfeited. Travel insurance is recommended to cover the cost of cancellation due to unforeseen
In the event that we are unable to provide the specific accommodation that has been confirmed, we will offer you alternative accommodation. Should such alternative accommodation not be acceptable, a full refund of all monies paid will be made, and we shall be deemed free of all obligations.
SUMMER WINTER PENALTY

Refunds are made less any foreign exchange loss and finance charges. We recommend that cancellation insurance be purchased to cover the cost of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we are unable to provide the specific accommodation that has been confirmed, we will offer you alternative accommodation. If that the alternate accommodation is not acceptable, we shall make a full refund of all monies paid to us on account for the booking and upon payment of such, be deemed free of all obligations.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
US$1,500.00 security/damage deposit
CHECK-IN TIME IS 4 PM
CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON. We are aware that some airlines depart after the normal check out time. If Guests have a late departure, we will try our best to accommodate them where possible providing the Villa is available. Please let us know as soon as possible if a late departure is known.
LANDFALL HOUSE MAY TERMINATE THE USE OF THE VILLA BY A GUEST IN THE EVENT THAT
- Guests or their invitees behaves in a manner which constitutes a nuisance
- Creating an inappropriate level of noise which is offensive to the neighbouring properties
- Drunken or unruly behaviour which staff find offensive in any way
- Guests or their invitees behave in a manner which in the opinion of The Villa Manager/Owner is likely to cause damage Landfall or any of the fixtures or fittings
- Guests or their invitees behave in a manner which renders it impossible or unreasonable for The Villa Manager to continue to provide services to the villa or the guest or his invitees
- Guests or their invitees behave in any manner which is not consistent with the fit and proper use of Landfall
In the event the booking is terminated, Guests will be required to leave Landfall immediately. Guests will be held liable for any damage/loss caused by themselves, a member of their party or their invitees. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid before departure. If payment is not made, a claim will be made to the Agent for funds to be reimbursed to us from the Security Deposit. Our obligations will come to an end when the booking is terminated. We will have no obligation to refund for lost accommodation and we will not pay for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.
