The 2014 Barbados Culinary Team gourmet lunch begins on Friday, May 16, 2014 can be obtained from the BHTA Secretariat, 4th Ave. Belleville, St. Michael. The venue for the lunch is The Grille, Hilton Barbados Resort and the cost is Bds$70 per person.
Gourmet lunches will also be hosted as follow: -

25th June Terrace Restaurant, Fairmont Royal Pavilion
The gourmet lunches form part of the training session and assist the team in preparation for the Caribbean Competition in Miami. The competition will be held at the Hyatt Regency from 28 June to 02 July 2014. These lunches, which will be prepare and served ‘competition style’ are very important occasions for the team and feedback from your attendance helps them with the process. Drinks are not included.
