Villatre is a three bedroom single level villa located in the gated community of Mullins Bay. This beautifully decorated villa rents as a two bedroom as the owners bedroom is locked off. Villatre has a private pool and just across the road from Mullins Beach.

The spacious outdoor area is an ideal place to sit and relax, read a book or head out to the pool area to soak in the sun while sipping a cool cocktail. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for shade. Ceiling fans keep the patio area cool and comfortable. The pool measures 10 x 17 feet.

Both bedrooms are king beds and have ceiling fans and air conditioning. Modern bathrooms with large shower and vanity.

The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances - perfect for those that love to cook, or arrange for a cook to come and prepare local delicacies.

Housekeeper is available 5 days a week and will refresh linens and towels and take care of your personal laundry. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4 (including infants/children).

AMAZING SPACE

This is our second time and the stay was even more memorable. The villa is expansive and allows for relaxing almost everywhere: There's a little breakfast nook in the front, countless space on the terrace for lounging, lots of recliners to tan, an outdoor shower and al fresco dining. There's AC throughout, which beats the summer heat, but the pool is also a nice alternative! There is also access to a larger communal pool by the spa. Marva, the housekeeper is a gem! She works really quickly and keeps the villa totally spotless. Tanya, the property manager is extremely proactive and very responsive. It really is an amazing space!

What an amazing villa. The pictures really don't do it justice. A stones throw from the beach and lots of local restaurants nearby. Cant fault this place and cant wait to stay here again!

WELL APPOINTED

The only bad thing about our stay in the villa was that it came to an end. It is well appointed with everything you might need in the kitchen, well presented, well maintained both inside and out and Marva the house maid helps keep it spotless throughout your stay. The area is nice and quiet with a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance with plenty more within in Holetown which is an easy taxi ride away. If you want to go further afield you will require a hire car but with private parking right outside the front door of the villa this is an easy option as well. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa.

AMAZING VILLA

The villa was amazing ! Everything was perfect. The housekeeping was exceptional and we felt very much at home throughout our stay. The location is amazing, so close to the beautiful beach and there are lots of excellent restaurants a short drive away. Without doubt the best villa we have stayed in Barbados so far!

STUNNING AND PEACEFUL VILLA

Villatre is a stunning, peaceful villa in a fabulous location with easy access to Mullins beach and restaurants. The villa is fitted out to a high specification and is kept spotlessly clean by Marva (the ever smiling house keeper) in an unobtrusive way. The large outdoor space with loungers, pool and beautifully maintained garden provides a private haven for those days you don’t feel like going to the beach! We wouldn’t hesitate to book Villatre again.

COMFORTS OF HOME

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. We could walk to the beach there was a tiny restaurant for food at the entrance. Great place to be away from the heavy tourism but still plenty of options. We felt safe and secure and the home was filled with the comforts of home. There’s also a garden fence around the home which provides privacy to enjoy the pool and relax uninterrupted. We plan on coming back!

This home was beautiful, spacious, private and clean. With modern furniture, clean linens, lots of sunlight and patio doors to allow for the warm breeze to get through.
